Heeey! Hello again! 💛

I promised myself (and so many of you!) that I’d be here once a week... which somehow became once a month... then once a year... and now here we are, having our little reunion!

I’d heard that running a small business was hard, but giiiirl... nobody warned me just how hard it is to stay on top of everything! Between creating, packing orders, answering emails, designing new pieces, and trying to have some sort of life, the days just disappear.

So, let me give you a little update...

We’ve moved into our new office on Dame Street, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I have my little admin corner where all the behind-the-scenes magic (and chaos!) happens, and then there’s my favourite part... my creation space.

Creating new collections has always been the heart of My Lily. It’s the part that makes me lose track of time in the best possible way.

Lately, I’ve been working on some really beautiful little pieces, and I’ve realised that this is exactly what I want My Lily to be: a small, boutique-style brand.

I’ve been loving creating limited-edition collections. We find a beautiful silk, create a unique print or design, make a small batch, and then... that’s it. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

There’s something so special about that.

In a world where everything can feel so mass-produced, I love the idea of creating small, thoughtful collections with intention. Pieces that feel a little more personal, a little more special, and hopefully... a little more magical.

I know we haven’t launched many new collections this year, but I needed that little pause.

Sometimes you have to step back to move forward.

My mind has been overflowing with ideas, and little by little, we’re taking them off the pages of my mind and bringing them to life.

So, I won’t make any big promises this time. I just wanted to pop in, say hello, and tell you how much I’ve missed this.

Slowly but surely, we’re finding our way back — here, on Instagram, and with so many exciting things still to come.
