Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy on selected items, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We cannot refund or exchange items which have been opened, tested or partially used and which cannot be returned in the same physical state to which they were purchased.
We cannot refund or exchange items of silk collection such as bonnet, heatless curler, eye mask or pillowcase due to hygiene purposes.
We cannot refund or exchange non-returnable items or sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that postage costs are non-refundable. If your order originally qualified for free postage, a fee of €7 will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping cost.
How to return or exchange
To start a return, you can contact us at info@mylily.ie. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customer is responsible for paying postage and they must be sent by registered post. Please retain your receipt as proof of postage until your refund has been processed. It is advisable for you to obtain proof of postage as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged item(s) through the post.
